WORK EXPERIENCE

1999 1 February, 1999 retired. I was still asked to explain the process to others which I did as management.

1993 Huntsman PetroChem purchased Texaco Chemical and embraced the process and promoted that it be explained. In most cases, the inviting entity paid all expenses.

1984 - 1994 Transferred by Texaco Inc. to its subsidiary Texaco Chemical Company, Port Arthur, Texas as Master Craft Man. While employed with Texaco Chemical Company I was elevated to Employee Quality Coordinator. These duties required that I be a liaison between labor and management. Over the previous years, there was great animosity between unions and management and I was given the task by the oil Chemical Atomic Workers Int. Union, of which I was a member, and my employer to develop a process to help bring unity between the two entities. With the assistance of and agreement of union leaders and local company management, we created a process. I was invited, along with company management and union officials, to travel extensively to explain our process.

1958 - 1964 Served in the United States Army in the United States and Europe . Discharged as a Staff Sergeant E6 cited for excellent performance and decorated with the good conduct medal.

1963 - 1979 Continued employment with Texaco Company. Operated my own insurance agency as a fully licensed recording insurance agent.

1953 - 1958 Employed by The Texas Company, Port Arthur Texas as laborer. Laboratory Technician, Shipping Clerk and Temporary Shipping Supervisor. During this same timeframe, The Texas Company became Texaco Inc.
